On a similar note,

How are unaccepted formats dealt with? (what are accepted/unaccepted formats?).

I suppose that situations where the url sends some force download headers, the system cannot process this? or if the content cannot be rendered by the browser?

I have been trying for a while now with a pdf and just get 'PENDING', but can't sense whether progress is being made behind the scenes.

Do these (should they) come back as 'FAILED'?

Thanks,

Hi,

I was just wanting to enquire about the different header response codes and their meanings..

I see:
"OK" - great, not a problem with this.
"FAILED" - ok, I can live with this - but it would be nice to know what circumstances can lead to this? Are there any circumstances where it is worth trying again after a 'failed' response?
"QUEUED" - fine
"OK-QUPD" - This seems to be success, but I can't see how it is different from "OK"
"OK-RQUPD" - Also seems to be "OK", but it would be nice to know what's causing the difference.

... are there any more possibilities?
