We have purchased a paid subscription (actually, we renewed our existing subscription) but watermarks still appear over all of our screenshots.

It isn't clear when we renewed what the "extend" options meant: you have Gold and Silver options to buy, but to extend is called "S", "M" and "L"? We bought both the Silver AND the "M" extension, but nothing appears to work.
Can you fix this please?
